I want to try my hand at a new pattern for some costume wings, but generally when that happens I have a pile of wings laying around my apartment that I don't want to just throw out but I have no way of getting rid of them and I never wear them.
So how about instead I give them to two lucky winners? I'll make them in any color you want, maybe a fancy shiny fabric if I find a good one! The wings will be similar in construction to the other MLP wings that I make, with a wire support and held on by elastic (unless that doesn't work)
The first person to leave a comment on this page will win one pair of wings. Leave a comment below, and sometime next week I'll randomly pick a second winner.
A few other things:
I'm going to be developing the pattern from scratch, so they may not look great, but hey, that's why it's free, right?
They are going to be much larger than my Rainbow Dash wings (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8362841) although I don't know exactly how much bigger.
I have a real job, and commitments on two of the next three weekends, so it might take a little while to get these done.
Although I'm willing to give you these for free, I do appreciate it when people are nice, so if you like them and want to give me something (paypal $$, free publicity, a hug) it's always appreciated
