Just to help you narrow it down, some basic questions to look for:
What is your average climate?
Where are you in the world?
Where did you find the bug in question?
What was the environment like where it was found?
And, what kind of major discerning features do you see?
All of these should help you narrow down what species it is when you go to search for it online. ^^

It looks quite like a 'Malaysian millipede' not knowing where this picture was taken, this could be a really interesting anomaly- or an every day thing. :P hope that helps
And yep,I'm in Malaysia,too.I only see it when it rains heavily here,this always creeps me.
