I draw these things with references! Nature is of course the best reference. Sometimes I take 'references' (moss, ferns, etc.) home with me so I can stare at them longer. :> This tank has no creatures aside from plants in it, at the moment, but I intend to eventually get frogs of some type!

Fire bellied toads...
They're cute, colorful, and inexpensive....only thing is you'd need to put a little pump in there so the water moves...they like moving water

Ah, nice little terrarium. I've got one going myself, that has a little waterfall in it, loads of different types of mosses and ferns, as well as other plants and fish in the lower part of the tank.
