Night Charm is the product of a Changeling/Pegasus love. When the Changelings attacked, one of the stallions was about to attack a Pegasus mare, and something sparked in him. When Cadance and Shining Armor banished them, he stayed in the wastelands for weeks just thinking about that mare. He snuck back into the kingdom in disguise of a random stallion, and watched this mare every night. One night, while he was watching her, she seemed to look his way and approached him. They talked, and love grew. They dated and him not telling her the truth was eating away at him. Finally one day he told her, and she didn't care. They had a foal together. A wonderful filly who they named Night Charm. Growing up, she was teased for her changling coloration. And one night she had a strange dream. She saw one of the colts who were bullying her holding something that looked like a necklace. She thought it was strange, but didn't think much of it. Until she went to school and saw another filly wearing that necklace. She thought to herself something much be going on. So she started to watch the two foals carefully. In class, the colt would just stare at the filly while the filly ignored him. Night Charm fixed up a plan, following her instinct. She sent both of them notes, asking to meet the other on the playground after school. They both showed, and were confused at first, but because of that meeting, it led to them finding their special somepony. As soon as they both realized that, Night Charm got her cutie mark. Her talent lies in her dreams and ability to want to feed off of love, but not in the normal Changeling way. She thrives on the spark of true love when two ponies fine their special someone. It fills Night Charm with the greatest joy and gives her a sense of worth in a world that would much rather banish her for her heritage.
