This is one of my cute neighbours! There's a herd of Swedish Red heifers in a pasture 4 minutes away (by cycle) from my apartment.
I've been trying to take good photos of them, but so far it has been difficult, as they all demand that I scritch them whenever I visit them. Difficult to take photos when they're all nudging and headbutting me.
But it is nice to get to interact with some bovines, even if I don't have any pastures of my own at the moment.

She has such a bright cheery presence to her! What an absolute cutie! She looks so sweet and affectionate and I just love her markings! Especially her left leg there (well my left as in the photo would have been your right as you took the photo) a lovely lady that was captured very nicely!
It does indeed! Her eyes just scream I'm sweet and want to be loved on. That is one thing I do love about cattle you can look into their eyes and just know lol. At least that is my opinion. Never steered me wrong lol. Her owner is lucky to have such a lovely lady and you are lucky to get a chance to see her any chance you get! And you are welcome! :)
Awww, thanks for your lovely comment! She is indeed very sweet! :) Whether it is out of envy, or not, I do not know... but those few heifers that are above her in the peck-order of the herd she's currently in, certainly do like to show her where her place is. Some heifers can be such bullies sometimes. Those in this herd are not too bad, luckily.
