BY COMMISSIONING US YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE
General Info:
-As of right now, we do not accept private commissions (meaning a commission that we do not post pictures of). We miss out on valuable self promotion for the effort we put in, which can potentially cost us customers and, by extension, money. If, however, you would like to remain anonymous in the upload, notify us and we will not post your user-name or link to you in any way.
-It is the responsibility of the commissioner to provide all necessary information and references to complete the commission.
Payment :
-Payment is due in its entirety before any work begins.
-Orders over $100usd can have a payment plan set up, but require a 30% non-refundable deposit that will go towards the total price before work begins. Furccessories and the commissioner will agree to a payment plan before any payment will be accepted.
-Paypal only. No e-cheques, no exceptions. You must wait until we have accepted the commission and have sent you the invoice before you send us payment. Failure to do so will result in your slot in the commission queue being forfeited, and we may refuse to work with you in the future.
-Please have payment ready within 24 hours of having your slot confirmed (payment plan options require first payment within 24 hours), failure to do so will forfeit your slot to the next person waiting for a slot on the queue. If payment has not been received after 5 days (unless otherwise agreed upon), regardless of demand for the spot on the queue, we will consider your commission canceled.
-Please have payment ready within 24 hours of agreeing to purchase any pre-made item(s), if payment has not been received within 48hours (unless otherwise agreed upon), regardless of demand for the item, we will consider your agreement to purchase canceled.
-All sales on pre-made items are final
Refunds: (if you are on a payment plan the first 30% payment is non-refundable unless we are unable to start your commission)
-If we are unable to start your commission or you have to cancel before work has begun, you will be refunded in full.
- We may cancel a commission at any time, for any reason. The commissioner may also cancel a commission at any time, for any reason. Neither party is required to provide a reason for canceling.
-In the case of cancellation after work has already begun, you will receive a refund minus a fee for any work done during this time.
-Products are not refundable once shipped.
Shipping
-We ship within the continental United States only and the cost for it is not included in the sale price. Shipping costs are determined based on size of the item to be shipped. Items over 16 inches will not have a flat rate shipping cost.
-We do not ship international because we’re unable to track the status of your package or insure it in case they lose it, meaning if something happens on their end, there's nothing we can do to help you. If you are desperate for us to make you something and you live outside the United States, you must be willing to gamble on your package being safely delivered with no recourse for you if it doesn't since we can't give any sort of refund because we have no documentation showing whether it did or didn't get delivered to you.
-Items are wrapped in plastic to protect against water, come with a care guide for faux fur items, and are packed in the smallest box that doesn't warp the item to prevent rattling around, getting damaged, and to keep shipping costs low for us both.
-All shipped items shipped within the continental US are insured and you will be given a tracking number to follow the status of your package.
-In the event that your package is lost, damaged, or never arrives, it is IMPERATIVE that you inform us immediately so that we can file an insurance claim with the shipping provider for the lost item. The money we receive from them can either be refunded to you, or go towards us creating and shipping a replacement item—whichever you prefer.
Turnaround and Deadlines:
-Commissions are generally worked on one at a time, in the order in which they were received. If you are at the bottom of the queue, please be patient.
-If a deadline is not set, the commission will be finished within 6 months time maximum, or you may be refunded. The commission will be done as quickly as possible, but time can vary depending on factors such as complexity, communication, how many customers are ahead of you in the queue, ect.
-If you need something done by a certain date, we require at least a one month notice. Further, if you'd like to set a deadline, please be clear about this and make sure we have agreed to said deadline. Generally, the sooner you know you need something and contact us with a request for a deadline, the greater the odds that we can give you a guaranteed one.
Rights
- We reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, and are in no way obligated to provide a reason in the case of refusal.
-Unless we have explicitly stated otherwise, it is our right to post images & use those images for promotional reasons.
-You are free to re-post images of purchased goods to a personal/public gallery, so long as credit for the work and a link is provided back to Furccessories. Do not remove Furccessories name from the image.
-We are not obligated to post your commission to our gallery or anywhere else.
-We are not obligated to post a link to you/your user name/your character to our gallery or anywhere else.
