Each square shows each of their powers in one form or another.
General Blitz is in the center generating lightning and electricity as is his element. He kind of looks like M. Bison here from Street Fighter huh? Well that was intentional. He is primarily based off that villain: and his angels based off his 'doll' army.

The surrounding squares are his team of Angels: elemental battle girls who do his bidding in re-establishing T.U.F.F. HQ as the one and only center of crime fighting. Blitz's goal was to take over TUFF as a means to "improve" it from it's former management. And by improve I mean turn into the main center for 'world police.' I won't give out too much on why he wants to do this; but he does have some history with the organization and how it was born.

Each square shows each Angel using their element and what main part of Petropolis they are assigned to patrol. To get an idea of this" think of Mega Man or Mega Man X. If this were a game someone would choose a section of Petropolis to go to to face each Angel much like how one in Mega Man faces a Robot Master o Maverick.
The top left square is Blazing Husky demonstrating her fire powers. She is also in Petropolis's largest steel mill. The next square over is Crystal Dingo encased in her protective crystal. She is residing in the energy mines. And to the top right is Shining Wolf running at the speed of light as is her element. She is within the mainframe of the Petropolis network.

Center left is Stone Jackal using her powers of earth and stone to build herself stronger and to summon a type of earth golem behind her. (The golem looks kind of like that 'stink monster' as I call it from 'Law and Odor.') She is assigned to guard Fort Petropolis. Center Right is Dark Shikoku with her shadow powers; and her shadow taking form of a Japanese type demon. She resides on the railways and controls most of the trains in Petropolis.

Bottom left is Splash Vixen, surfing on the oceans using her powers of water to create massive waves and cause problems for any ships trying to escape. She resides over Petropolis harbor. Center bottom is Storm Foo flying through the air causing winds to pick up and create massive storms like tornadoes. She is in charge of Petropolis air base. And finally on the bottom right is Rose Coyote using her powers to summon plants from creeping vines to massive man eating plants. She covers a majority of the city but primarily resides in Petropolis's main communication tower where the plants block out any means of sending distress signals.

These squares kind of have an evil Brady Bunch feel to it huh? 'The Blitzy Bunch' if you will. :B Definitely recalling me of that one episode where they did a parody of it.

I don't even plan on doing this for a while. In fact I'm planning on this being my last TUFF story and Blitz and his team of angels being the final bad guys. What is interesting though is that it gives us a history into how TUFF and its agencies formed; and how Blitz figured into all this and its creation.
