I started drawing a new picture, which I'll draw with a mouse (but I think drawing with a mouse isn't the best solution). I would like to have a very good graphic tablet...

Ooh, I'm glad I have something to look forward to! Well, there's always drawing traditionally and later scanning if that's more to your taste. You don't necessarily need an expensive tablet either, the little Bamboo Splash bundle I purchased cost me around $60 USD and it came with a tablet, pen, some pen nib replacements, and two different art programs! Though I can understand if a tablet or scanner is out of your price range.

I have a scanner, which I use for scanning drawings, but all digital inking is done with a mouse. I would like an A4 tablet (like Wacom Intuos 4 L), because it gives more space for drawing and I could use it for sceneries in my animations (Synfig Studio).

I see. Well, it couldn't hurt to start out small, just as a suggestion.
