Very true, but the first thing that came to mind -- being I'm a musician -- is the musical instrument. Other meanings were expected, but still to the point of view of this musically inclined person, tuba always tends to mean the musical instrument.
Though, might I ask what the actual meaning of the town name is? Just so I become more informed.
