So, there's this couple that shows up to Comicpalooza (and Ren Fest? I'm not sure). They both paint themselves black and dress up in this insanely ragged, gothic gear. They are, quite frankly, very scary and awesome.
Their friend wanted to get them this portrait of the pair of them as ponies for... reasons? I think the idea was that they didn't like ponies, and so this would be a funny stick-it to them. But as it turns out, they loved it, because they came by my table later during the con to tell me how happy they were with this gift. I hope their friend wasn't too disappointed. :)
