-= its animated but not unless you zoom in=-i spent a while on this one. the base image i got from one of those "free gif icons" sites a long time ago. i added the swishing tiger tail blue eyes and matching ears as well as some other changes.. ive been thinking about going back and adding a blink but ive been lazy. >^,^<
