You guys have no idea how happy I am about this one!!! I've always wanted to successfully pull off a cartoon style and it turned out really nice here! Ideally, this was meant to be Rocky in the Sly Cooper art style but really, I don't even care if it even looks accurate to the style since it looks so good on it's own! Yet another pic started and finished in one session. :D

I figure if Rocky would be in the Sly Cooper universe, due to his need to help others, he'd be an officer at Interpol, one of Carmelita's colleagues. While he would probably have around the same level of devotion to his work as Carmelita herself, his sense of morality would probably conflict with his duties. As he sees it, sometimes what the law views as wrong isn't always the case.
In terms of ability, he'd probably be a cross between Sly and Murray. Agile like Sly though not quite as much, and strong, but not quite as strong as Murray.
