This is Pan, a jungle koori. You can't really tell here but he's kind of a reddish color.

He's a self-assured, flirty little shit who loves making people flustered, and he also does some rather questionable jobs that involve things that may not strictly be legal. Before you ask, no, I'm not talking about prostitution. Basically, he's a hired spy/negotiator/legbreaker for a....rather important figure.
