after whats felt like years of being unable to draw and fully color something...

A new character.
I wanted to make him sort of colorful, but he ended up mostly hues and shades of blue and green.
His hair color is a little odd. I tend to stay away from unnatural colors, but then Im limiting myself way too much so he has a pale mint-green-ish color oing on there.

He's an android!
I already have a cyborg character, Cel.
So I wanted to make an android.

My idea for this character is that he was an android created by some company to infiltrate and blend into society and try to control humans, but some young boy, who was really amazing with technology, found him and reprogrammed him. so now he's a kind of fun loving, happy, cheerful guy, and doesn't remember anything of his previous programming. As an android, he has some unique abilities that humans don't. He follows said kid around 'cause they're buddies and does his best to fit in with humans, which he knows so little about. thaaaat's his story for now.

there is a difference:
Cyborgs begin as humans/living organisms and are then altered into cyborgs by technology.
Andorids are entirely artificial and usually created with a computerized artificial intelligence, and are made to emulate human-like behavior like emotions and such.
Both Cyborgs and Androids are very different from your typical robot.
at least, this is how I would categorize these.
