At this rate the aliens will end up joining the Overlord just to escape their own Klingon-esque madness, leaving just the dangerous ones like Titan behind for a simpler mop up.

I'm also certain that a conquering species like these guys would have their own equivalent of War of the Worlds in their collective literature, but as a cautionary tale.

Common thought, I am beginning to think that over time there may be more and more defections as the situation degrades.... at some point a critical mass may be reached and the defections may no longer be driven by survival but by perception....

As for the nano/virus, I guess any weapon that is developed is always in danger of being used on one's own people when one's leadership feels threatened or belligerent..... or just goes bats**t crazy. (please excuse the blunt term but it tells it as it sometimes is)

Also, if I remember right, Silver was the recipient of Artemis actual plasma not an orally taken derivative so reactions could be different, both in timing, efficacy and side-effect.... more/worse/slower/ineffective..... who knows for now? (except the one who knows all, of course! )

Does the Geneva Convention apply to aliens?

The Geneva/Hague Conventions only apply amongst parties that have both signed them. So that's a great big negatory.

Treating a prisoner humanely is just doing the right thing. It shouldn't depend on a treaty.

But maybe that's just me.

pretty much yes thats how she talks.

We at Overlord Inc. we have become used to Ms. Bane's speech. That and she's promised a slow painful hurting if we don't understand her the first time.
