Looking at all of my characters and their futures I realized something. Tech is the only one without a canon mate. Unofficially he has Sevionus, but in my world he is single and worse has little interest in dating despite a part of him constantly complaining about him dying alone.

Jess will not accept that so she assembled a little team of her, Diana, Tech's Love Seal, and Rick and Max (Both unwillingly) who's goal is to find a mate for Tech. They sent Rick in to experiment a little to find Tech's interests.

Tech hates pick up lines, is oblivious to any sex offers, is untrusting when people say their feelings and is basically unaprochable from anything verbal, but he does show a very strong reaction to anything physical, the chest area being where he gets more of a reaction. Yea, Tech may need someone that can resist getting electrocuted.
