All 5 Honor Guard Members other than the Chapter Champion (who obviously uses the Emperor's Champion as base model) are actually from a single Space Marine Veteran pack, merely converted a bit to all wield Power Weapons where they did not have them already.
I found the models in that pack to be extremely suited for this.

Yep, I have the other Veterans as well (Metal too), but I don't find those all that appealing. Mostly because that pack has some strange choices (like the one with a bolter or the single lighting claw). They're still nice, but I prefer the pack I used for these models over them.
