Why did they want to become a Staff or Teacher at the school?: His relationship with the academy is a bit complicated. He used to be a student and trained as an Assassin under Ramses's Grandfather. After graduation and a few years of contract killing, he retired and now spends the majority of his time studying pretty much everything.

As an assassin, he always ate very healthy. When he retired he had his first cookie. He loved it so much that he bought tons of them and got sick. From there he studied everything he could about cookies. Over the course of the next 3 months, he was able to create the perfect and most delicious cookie ever. He makes them all the time, but refuses to give out the recipe in fear that it will fall into the wrong hands.
Only eats sugary foods, but burns off the calories by studying for hours on end.
Almost never sleeps.
Always has coffee on hand.
He doesn't wear shoes and you can't make him.
Stop fucking asking him for his cookie recipe. The answer is no.
Sometimes will train with the students, but he's usually cooped up in his room on the computer and reading books.
