In Russia different species of foxes are breed and available as pets I don't know if you can order one though lol

I would only get one if it was not harmful to the wildlife.

Its not harmful at all the people who do the breeding got their first kits from programs at local zoos along with volunteer orginizations set up to aid injured animals the kits from the breeding that show no fear of human interaction and are receptive to it are raised to be domestic and breed to create more domestic prone kits that are sold to good families or people interested in having a fox as a pet the funds are then used to aid the injured animals as well as to introduce the kits and healed foxes that are not friendly toward humans and are fearful of them back into the wild in safe locations its pretty cleaver really.
