i just read a book about the benefits of qi
and you'd be amazed at how much it really works
qi is apparently everywhere
the dark side of the symbol is yin
yin is not nescessarily darkness
it is simply the opposite of yang, the light side
yin qi comes from the earth
yang, from the heavens
when the two act together, they form the unity
it goes into a lot more deapth in the book, but this is just a quick over view
