First of all...It's not sex. (In this one, anyway. Though I have drawn porn in the past.) Secondly, Doofenshmirtz isn't a dip shit. He'll intelligent, just oblivious. And it's his obliviousness which causes his plans to fail. It's quite endearing, really. And third of all, they hint at the pairing ALL the time in the show. "It's About Time" being the perfect example. Sure, it's meant for comedy...But it's still there.
And above all...it's "good" because *I* enjoy it. You're free to have a different opinion, but it's rude to insult my tastes.
