Or at least he MIGHT be heh, Salvo decided that he wanted to go for a swim and is ready to get into the water but first his parents had to make sure he was all ready to swim and they did this by giving him as much protection as they could (And a certain other type of protection >.>) in the form of a life vest, floaty and a dusky inner-tube so now he should be ALL ready to swim now X3
Now this piece is a great way to kick off summer because here we see salvo just wanting to go for a swim but his parents always want to make sure he will be ok when swimming because he is not the most expert swimmer quite yet >3>
Still I really love how this came out as this was done by the very talented
Fink and I just told him to fit a swimmer type of theme with savlo and he did a great job of capturing it so I really love how this came out :3

Yeha I noticed that but I dont know if salvo did, but either way I think they did it un purpous as some extra flotation protection there >.>
Still probably not the smartest idea there because they are going to have one unhappy Painted dog pup on there hands after he jumps into the water.

Really? I guess I can see that but I see it more closely to
