~General Info~
-communication is to be made via notes on here (if no response within 24 hours please shoot me an email at my paypal address)
Please include a reference of your character and any details because it is your responsibility to provide me with all necessary information and I will not be liable for anything forgotten if it was not mentioned within the "information" of the commission.
Changes/alterations can be made once the sketch has been approved however if it is a major overhaul (50% rework) then there will be an additional fee of $5 added to the final payment.

~Payment~
DO NOT SEND PAYMENT UNLESS THE COMMISSION IS ACCEPTED!
Payment must be made in two (2) payments if the order is above $100.
The first is 50% before I start your commission and the second is the remaining 50% when the commission is complete.
I only accept payment through PAYPAL and in United States Dollars (USD). No exceptions.
Payment must be ready within 3 days of ordering your commission. If you do not pay within this time frame your slot can be given up to someone else. If I do not receive payment within 5 days, your commission will be cancelled.
Exceptions to this rule can be made however it will be up to my discretion.
~Refunds~
I have the right to refuse work, if I cancel your commission you will be refunded in full.
If you cancel your commission after work has already been started you will receive a refund minus a fee for how much I have completed. (fee is based on minimum wage of $15 USD per hour)
Artwork is non-refundable once complete.
~Deadlines~
Commissions are done one at a time, I normally take a list of 5 and do then in the order they were received.
You will never have to wait longer then 2 months to receive your commission.
If you need your commission by a certain date I must have at least a 2 week notice so I can work around my work/class schedule to complete your order.
~My Rights~
I have the right to refuse work, for any reason.
I have the right to post and copy my work, even if it is copyright of your character.
You CANNOT remove any signatures I place on your art.
~Your Rights~
You have the right to repost any commission I have done for you to your gallerys as well as edit, crop, add text, and alter the commission as long as you credit me as the artist for the original image.
You have the right to print your commission and make copies, but all credit for the art is to be to me the artist. So, please do not sell the artwork as your own.
