A statue of a dead woman.

This is a local statue of a woman near my house. It has history. The woman drove her car in front of a semi. No one knows if she did it on purpose. This statue is said the wave at you on dark stormy nights. I have never seen it do that. But I can say that I can believe it happened. My own experience is more dealing with its face.
