Yes, I know, another Pokemon form U: But I don;t care because It's one I've been wanting for a while, mostly because I love Sceptiles and plump/inflated ones are so rare around here. I think this also might be the form that I had come up with the most ideas for. xP;
Misc. information about this form:
- His back seeds are edible; they taste of watermelon, but cause extreme air inflation when eaten
- His tail constantly produces a faint lavender scent that starts off barely noticable, but becomes stronger as the tail gets puffed up with air/helium
- Unlike most Sceptile, he has a row of small spikes on the top of his tail; while they look very sharp, they are actually very soft and have a rubber-like feel to them (idea came from an rp I had with
Arcot)
- Like his back seeds, his tail leaves can be plucked and eaten, their effect being a temporary immunity to bursting
I actually finished this weeks ago and was gonna save posting this until later on, but I decided to post it here now to show that I'm still here and I still draw :B

Hehe, yeah. Considering the fact thatI have the ability to regrow the seeds, I most likely will always be seen bloated up from them, though they have a much greater effect than seen here :P

Temporary immunity!? I have necklaces with magic amulet on them that give permanent immunity as long as they are worn, and the necklaces can stretch endlessly, so they will always fit the wearer, want one, free of charge. 100% guaranteed to work or I pay you. (payment will be with imaginary money)

Tendo was the one who I saw originally had an idea like this (except his taste of blueberries and fattens up anyone who consumes one), though he did inspire me to make a variation of that, which you see here. xP
