*groan* This is what I get for looking at pics at 7am. I thought that was Blanka from Street Fighter and thought of the old Electric Company tv show and since Blanka can generate electricity, I thought of him shouting "HEY YOU GUYS!!!..." Which was the beginning of the title sequence for that show. Maybe I should go back to bed... But I need to wake up for work. :P
