Able to spray powder, the Moth Fangaire first appeared in 1986 attack Yuri, using Otoya as a human shield until she regains her weapon from it, allowing the Fangaire to retreat.

It resurfaces in 2008 at a baseball field where Megumi intercepts it. The Moth Fangaire attempts to kill Megumi with her own weapon until Kiva arrives to save her. But due to Wataru's currrent crisis at the time with his knowledge of his father's past, the Fangaire manages to evade him.
