just a rough sketch of one my characters for an RP with Aoishi2012. Her name is Lt. Tesla and she works for PokeOps a military organization created by Cobalion to combat against humans and other dangerous pokemon....though....she's like the assisstant or secretary for Cobalion
felt like it was time to post it if anyone cared....believe it or not this is my first time drawing the little chu ^////^
