wanted a picture of his 'sona with three of his favorite poke'mon; Litwick, Lampent, and Chandelure, so I doodled this up! The outfit (including the Team Rocket shirt) was my idea, and the dusk ball in his paw and the ghost (hall of fame) background were his. I'm actually pretty proud of how this came out, hope ya like! :D And love ya kitty. <3
