Yes red fades quick its also the hardest to get out. Only way to keep it longer is to pretty much not wash your hair and if you do wash , wash with cold water. I got fed up and cut my hair back to a bob cut (short in the back longer I. The front ) and went blonde again. With my job (uscg) being in the sun and heat it just made it easier
Depends on the person too. Sometimes certain colours just don't stick on certain people.
I've tried lots of different ways to keep it longer, but it's more annoying then it's worth for me personally. So I just re-dye it as needed. Plus the colour is still nice, just not the colour I'd love.

my god Neko you are adorable! I love your hair colour, always wanted to be ginger, guess that's something me and the doctor have in common, as for the fading, do you use a conditioner for coloured hair? I know Pantine has one that's pretty good (I used it when I dyed my hair and frosted my tips) I also love girls with long hair, and you have the right fave for that long flowing hair tho form the picture it looks like it's a little frazzled, so I might try and use a good conditioner or hair mask (dunno which one to recommend, but if you go to a hair salon they might be able to recommend one) anyways sorri for the ramble it's nearly midnight my time and I'm kinda tired, but again you have a very pretty face and such pretty eyes too!
Hair colour will fade no matter what you do, and some colours just don't stick on some people's hair while it does to others. I've tried many different methods but due to how my hair is, all it did was make it gross looking. I don't personally mind re-dying it more often and the colour is still nice, just not my dream colour. It's also frizzy because I blow dried it, but it's actually soft to the touch and I like the look it gives.
Wanna know the secret? Smile anyways! I've always hated taking photos and looking at old school photos, I barely had a smile at all, just a tug of the lips and never showing any teeth. As I got older I just, did it.
It's completely natural to feel insecure and think you feel silly, but smiling anyways makes your confidence shine through and to others, it'll look amazing. Of course, it's completely up to you, but that's my advice.

Haha thanks :) I think it's my teeth that puts me off smiling big like that. When i laugh i still smile big with my mouth shut. I guess it's the camera making me like that! I've actually been smiling more and more recently with good reason, so i hope i'll love my smile :)
