I mainly use Photoshop CS6 for my artwork like colouring and shading but I use a program called Firealpaca for my lineart. And for pixeling I just used photoshop cs6 due to the grid.
I do have a tablet, which I use for almost everything xD
And I animated on the site iaza, which is great for pixel animation like this.
