This is my fan-made Mass Effect character :) He is a Quarian Scientist, his class is a Engineer. Riza'Toh is a brilliant quarian scientist and tinker, he can fix just about anything with scrap and/or other equipment. He is known among the Migrant Fleet for his out-of-the-box thinking, making old systems work from scare parts, and crafting inventions/weapons on the fly even during combat. He tends to use Pistols and SMGs in combat along with his Tech powers. He personality is a bit odd, he is nervous in groups of people even worse in crowds he becomes down-right anti-social, has tendency to talk too quickly, he likes to take technology apart even if he is not suppose too. He says he is "improving it" making more efficient which he does most of time.
