Do what I did, and buy a bunch of those inkjet t-shirt transfers, and use those and a good, hot iron, and do it yourself. :)

oh, it's easy! :) Most office supply stores or anyplace that sells computer printers and paper will have them. You just print on them like a regular sheet of paper, but you flip the image reversed on your computer first. Then, take your cotton t-shirt, and use a household iron to apply the transfer.

You can also make custom mousepads this way, as the tops are fabric. :) I've made a LOT of them for folks this way. :)
