Oh, stop it, you! It's the most awesome when people like your style. I'd like to have one of the styles which are really memorable, but I guess I'm far of it. But I hope that far not forever xD Who knows - maybe I'll come up with something new!

When I started to draw (actually I draw all my life, but it was not so serious; I just drew some pics of characters and usually it was not colored and I even don't do shades; first my drawing with shades was born in 2009). I was really impressed by manga style. And when I see my drawings of those years... God. Why. Almost all of these drawings I handed over to recycling (yay for ecology) and delete from my galleries. 'Cause it's a big fat shame. Luckily, I stopped to fap on anime and start to draw in normal cartoon style.

Haha, I feel the same 'bout those my art. My thoughts was like: "GOSH, I'M GENIUS! NOW EVERYBODY SHOULD TO TRADE WITH ME!" Shaaame x'D But - funny thing - I asked almost everyone about the trade and nobody answered "no". And now, when I draw much more better almost everybody tells me "no" xD Feel like a loser.
Btw, I noticed that many good artist began to draw from anime.

I think anime is sometimes what gets people started, but then they learn drawing from life is really the best bet and that cartoons are way cooler XD
Asking for trades is always a bit tricky, I normally don't take them more on the basis that I do art to pay bills, which might be common - so don't feel too bad!

Oh, yeah. I perfectly remember how I thought that anime style is cool. Eeeww. Later I began to understand that anime style hinders my development. And I I started adding more and more my own. And finally I got rid of all anime parts in my drawings. It was good decision, I think.
Oh, yeah, now I prefer to take commissions, but sometimes even it not easy xD
