When I started drawing this, it wasn't to be like that, but some ideas changes while I drawing. This could be perfectly 4 different images, but it isn't.
I know that the resolution is a tiny bit bigger than necessary.

What a delightful picture. Compliments on the background as, truly, I think it is your best yet. :)
This looks very much like a picture you may find on the back of an MLP: FiM DVD. Perhaps this could be a Season 4 DVD back cover as we see Twilight has become an allicorn here.
The Mane 6 look really happy in their respective pairings. Well, Rarity seems to just be enjoying her designer diaper as Twilight seems quite proud to be showing off her new wings.
Applejack looks perhaps the best of the lot with the way she is looking up towards Fluttershy. The hug action between Pikie Pie and Rainbow Dash is adorable, too. We all know Rainbow Dash is not one for cutie-wootie stuff and the face you gave her is perfect for how she;d be in a Pinkie Pie embrace.
You should make this your "Feature Art". It really is nice.

Thanks, I'm glad you like. I started this picture trying to do something that could be a desktop wallpaper (the ratio of the image is 16:9).
I'm not happy with the background, but just because SAI doesn't offer a proper blur tool, and I don't have photoshop to make the correct effect.
Other of things that have changed from my original idea was that they all supposed to be in a group hug, but if it was that way I couldn't make all of their the diapers show off, So I split them across the image.

So happy you made this your feature art. It stands out super well. Plus, if you are still doing requests, trades, and commissions, it REALLY shows what you can do. People will see how well you can pose and diaper / nappy up the Mane 6 and be all excited for what you could do with their OCs.
Limitations of programs is quite a bother. It's good you make the most of SAI as it is considerably cheaper than Photoshop. That software is very expensive from last I knew.
