My second attempt at creating a more or less realistic scratchboard piece since the comments on the first one were really encouraging. :)
As the title already implies this piece was done on golden scratchboard, so it's all shiny irl.
Sadly, I can't seem to manage to get a good photo of this (scanning brings even worse results), so for now you'll have to do with this one. I hope I can get a better photo soon, though.

I wonder which piece you might be talking about. *coughs*
What usually helps a lot is taking a picture without a direct source of light. Flashes are reflected really strongly by shiny surfaces like that one. But then again ... you don't really have that option since it's already dark when you can finally take the pictures, do you?
