i LOVE the perspective in this, especially on the character. the pose is very elegant for a chakat which i usually don't have much taste for aesthetically. i love the hand touching the glass. gorgeous work as always :]

Your use of the airbrush is pretty damn perfect. You know exactly what it's good for, and you don't overuse it. The effects you've got with it here are really subtle and well done. I didn't even notice the glow until I saw you make note of it, because it seemed so natural in the picture.

The room looks great, maybe you should go into architecture they always need someone to draw the promo art for buildings, and frankly, 3d models simply don't have the character or personal touch.

I cant help but feel like I'm in an Arthur C. Clarke novel when i look at this picture. You did an amazing job on this, it seems very realistic to me.

I think this may be the best-looking chakat that you have drawn yet. Of course the scene in which you placed hir greatly added to the overall impression. Very nice technique with an excellent result.

Very nice melancholic scene, and the books are a nice touch around all that technology. I personaly dont like e-books, i like reading actual books more, the feel of the paper under the fingertips, the smell of a new book.. i find e-books tiring to read, i dont like reading text on a screen for long.

I'll agree on that. Reading too much text on screen can be annoying. Black screen with white text is better though.

I will always prefer real books, but for my online stories, I have deliberately chosen a background color that is very easy on the eyes for long-term reading. Personally I hate white text on black. It hurts my eyes in seconds, and leaves after-images.

You have a very good grasp of furry anatomy, Kacey. Very impressive how you did the upper- vs. lower body here, they blend together beautifully. Is it just me, or does the hand on the window look just a bit too big in proportion to the rest of the body? Maybe it's just the perspective; maybe Chakats have unsually long upper arms.

OMG, can't believe I just found this drawing! Yes! Saw this appear briefly on a YouTube rave video last night, was trying to find the pic online this morning but was unsuccessful. Pulled up your gallery this evening looking for another pic of yours I had wanted to comment on, and accidentally found this one. Yay!

I really like this picture, there are so many intricate details throughout. The spaceship bedroom design is extremely cool, with the large glass window for observing the beauty of space, and the light band in the ceiling. Very orderly and organized, neat and tidy futuristic bedroom, including stuffed animals too (yay for lions). Darkepaw is very cute and beautiful hirself, everyone here looking at my screen agrees. I can almost feel the fur, so well done. The facial expression- sad? longing? missing someone, or someplace (homesick)? Or just in deep thought? Maybe this chakat needs a hug!

The chakat is what attracts me most to this picture; everything else adds all the more. It is all good. Some clever thought was put into this piece. If there was a print available of this painting, I'd buy it. I love it. Very good artwork, thank you for sharing!
