Very strong forced perspective. It gives it a chipper, "comic book" feeling.
It seems like the two characters on the sidewalk are falling over more than walking though. Something about them is out of place... :/
But I like it! I also have a Store of Some Sort in my neighborhood. :)

i think the perspective is cool like this, not super defined or precise
i think you should replace the line tool lines with manually drawn ones because i think a wobblier or sketcher line would accent the 'off' perspective in a cool way
you have a lot already, but really load up the bg with details; cars, more trash and crap, more light poles and road signs, people yelling and stuff
TREES, trees are great for hiding the farther away stuff, like the buildings on the street that taper into the background
or instead of trees, have the tapering sidewalk/street end and put a row of buildings (intersecting the tapering street along the horizon line) and then more rows behind that
agh i suck at explaining stuff like this, it's easier to just draw on it, like redline or whatevs
but i hope it's at least a bit helpful, and it does look very charming already :3
