She looks like she's having a great time. The frog does not appear to be amused. Although it's hard to tell with frogs. They usually look all frowny. That's probably why she's doing that. She's trying to cheer him up.

Amethystine here; I can easily see a second picture past this with the silly fairy half inside the frog's mouth, realizing what a very bad idea that was. But that's just how the game's played!
I also like that expression of joy on her face too. ^_^
