earlier that day I told him to have at it with my hammer and he gave me and my shield four solid hits and actually crushed one end of the hammer.
the hammer itself is actually made from K'nex and wrapped up in duct tape
the one end had been completely obliterated.
the internal structure collapsed and at least 15 parts were broken beyond use.

I is sorry about that, but like you told me, I had at it. I thought that I was holding back each time I took a swing, to bad that the k'nex did not feel the same. that was a fun day and if you can bring more to the fall picnic, try what some one said and use a hard foam core raped in a soft outside, was thinking that a fun noodle that you take to the pool may work as the core. I am thinking of making some things as well.

yeah I plan on doing the foam core idea.
I'll be looking for foam this weekend
