Ok heres a funny story. I gave the adress to my gallery on here to a freand of mine at school, and she went' home and was looking at it when her little brother walked in. Can't remember how old she siad he was, but anyway. It seems like I've gained a little fan! He loves my stuff. And his older sis asked if I could do a reptile for him in a more mid-evil. She also siad that her lil brother prefers my shading, so I did it here after coloring it.

as far as which method to use. it truly is up to u bud. the pencil shading has a certain effect and feel to it. and with practice u can really expand ur pencil"pallet". whereas the color, being digital, has a very neat and clean feel to it. but in the end, i think a relative mixture of the 2 is the best solution. figure out how to get the smotthness of the pencil shading into the colored peice and there ya go.
