Lives a kind mage. He has the powers of ice, snow, and the north winds at his disposal and strikingly blue eyes to go with them. He is polite and warm as if the bitter cold of the snow has never touched him despite always being covered in it. It is he that protects the snowy regions and helps travelers that would be taken by the cold otherwise.

This is for  dazer_dude who asked for his guy to be put in RPG style clothing, then he got spacific and said Ice Mage. I have no clue where I thought up this outfit. I was thinking Avatar as I was drawing it but it doesn't reallt seem like it. Oh well.
