Check out this sensational sushi banquet from the kitchens of

this is this last month sushi dinner I host at my place with a couple of friends
all what can be seen on those pictures is home made, it was quite long to do as it's the first time I make that much sushi at once (but was a hell of fun)
don't be shy to ask me what is on the plates, if you have any question about how to make one of the thing you see, I'll gladly answer :P
huh, my California rolls are a bit off, but it's the second time I try those XD
deep fried stuff: -Shrimp Skewer coated in tempura and panko
-Slice of yam (sweet potato) coated in tempura and panko (remove the peel and the slice should be 1/4 of an inch thick or smaller)
-Octopus and squid coated in tempura and panko
-Sushi (the deep fried one contain avocado, brie cheese, Salmon or tuna or shrimps or egg omelette)
Sushi: (all slushies contain rice and some Wasabi and nori sea weed)
-Spicy salmon contain Salmon, lemon juice, Sriracha chili sauce, kewpie mayonnaise (chop the salmon in very small piece almost like a mash, mix with the mayo mix with the other ingredient. there is no measurement, add the amount of ingredient to suit you taste)
-California rolls contain crab, avocado, cucumber and carrots
-Maki rolls contain cucumber and/or carrot, shrimp and/or salmon and/or tuna and/or crab and/or omelette
-the Nigiri[b] contain, tuna or salmon
[b] here a recipe you can use for the omelette in the sushi
-4 large eggs
-4 tablespoons dashi stock (or fish broth or if you have trouble finding it you can use fish base powder for soup that you dissolve in some water
-1 tablespoon sugar
-1 teaspoon mirin (mirin is a kind of rice wine like Sake but sweeter and less strong in alcohol)
-1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
