There's a correlation, but it's not a solid one like a mood ring. Or like; when she's angry it's blue and when she's happy it's yellow.
But I am thinking about the more her blood flows, the warmer the tones get. So therefore bored is cooler colors, and excited is the purples, reds, etc.
