XD 20kg? that's how much I lifted with my legs :P
Because in sweden I was horsebackriding, my legs were pretty strong, then I went into martial arts too.
And YES horses are heavy >.>
Ponies, not so bad, big horses around 500 kg a Draft horse about a ton >.> I know, I felt it when a Norweigan Fjord horse stepped on my foot +.+
