well it call all my atention when, in some day, I was surfing the internet and I found this:

so an idea came to my head , If japanese "mangacas" (or I don't know how to call them) can convert dictators into pubescent girls, Why not to try turning dictators into FURRIES or ANTHROS?
I'm not a good artist but I felt the curiosity of trying.

As I already knew Fidel Castro, Saddam Husein, Mao, and Hugo Chavez, too . I'll draw them , they will be my personal Dictators collection.
