Background History/Bio – Everything to Chris as a child was…more or less, a game. Nothing really seemed to matter, or have an impact on him. He never took responsibility for his actions unless they were good ones. Despite the idea that he had it good where he was, he believed he deserved more. So he packed his thing, and left. He was about 10. Idiot.
Of course, Chris got caught in a battle against a Zubat. He won the battle, but afterward, he loved the feeling of winning, adored it even. So he purposefully wandered the forest in search for more battles. His new goal was that he wanted to beat the Hoenn Elite Four. He trained and trained, and finally one day he was caught by a trainer. Their bond was strong, Chris did everything to protect his trainer and his trainer did the same. For the next couple of years, they worked their way up to the champion, and when they got there, can you guess what happened?
He lost. And continued to lose. After many attempts and no success, his trainer left him in search for a pokemon who could get him to the champion. Chris was left abandoned and heartbroken, he slowly slipped into depression from his abandonment.
Chris, depressed and lonely, wandered to Shinnoh in hope of a better life. After a few years, living from place to place, he met what would be a new friend for the rest of his life.
He was strolling through somepart north of Hearthome (Obvious laziness is obvious) and was knocked down by a blunt force. He sat up, rubbing his head from pain, and saw that there was a little Scraggy girl on the ground sitting up in front of him. He immediately got up and help her up as well. After picking her up he observed her a little more closely. He noticed she was death gripping a yellow Sableye doll, and she was crying an ocean. He wiped her tears away, and asked her what was wrong. She only replied that she was in trouble and that she wouldn’t let “Them” take her doll again.
Thinking it was some young boys teasing her, he carried her to Hearthome PokeCenter. They sat in the lobby for a while, talking about where she came from and what happened. He learned her name was Alanna, and that her parents were trying to take her doll away for something she had done. Finding this completely stupid, Chris asked her who her parents were. Before she could answer, a tall, dark red Charmeleon stormed into the PokeCenter, noticed Alanna and dragged her out, scolding her along the way.
It happened so fast that Chris didn’t know how to react. Instead he left the PokeCenter, and caught up with the Charmeleon and Alanna. Finding out the Charmeleon was her mother, he asked permission to speak to her daughter for a few minutes. For an odd reason, she let him, and so Chris got down to Alanna’s eyesight and noticed her doll was in her mom’s hands. He whispered to her that she could come to Hearthome anytime she liked, and that he’ll be there.
Thus, a friendship grew, and Alanna visited him almost everyday.
Personality – Chris is your average 21 year old, wants to see what there is for the world to give him. He’s willing to try new things, despite the risks, though he wont take the full responsibility for it. He can be controlling, and possessive, but can be undoubtfully loyal. He also suffers from abandonment issues, and depression. He currently only has one friend: Alanna.
Habits – Loves to drink daily, Although he is trying to quit for Alanna’s sake, he still finds himself drinking 3 or 4 bottles a day
Body – Taller than the average Sableye. Has a slight beer belly. Average height for a Sableye, with tuffs of fur under his ears.
