Max is the chief Engineer of titan's crew and promised mate to Alex Xandrite whom he fancies. She's also under his command as the main mechanic making the two of them work rather closely together. Max is a bit of a two sided coin, quiet and calculating most of the time, but prone to severe manic moments when he's in the zone he's been known to frighten others with his moments of mad genius. While he doesn't suffer from depression quite the same way someone with bipolar disorder would, he does have days where he will withdraw and work on projects alone and is extremely antisocial during these times.
