Tannis thought it would be fun to join the army and get to work around all the high tech war machines. But when told on his first day on the job to feed the tanks, he thought that was an odd order to be given. Unfortunately, the tankmorph Wolfgang makes sure such orders are followed to the letter and teaches the coyote how efficiently carbon-based life forms can be converted into energy. :)
I love how this turned out. The frame layout works perfectly, with all of the action flowing beautifully from start to finish. Tannis' confusion at the start is also wonderful, making his demise that much more fun. :D
I also absolutely love Wolfgang. These anthro tanks are simply gorgeous, and his attitude toward flesh and blood creatures, even sentient ones, makes him such an awesome character. Plus I just love how we get to see just how massive these living tanks are, as he picks up Tannis and tosses him into his jaws.
And of course, the internal shots showing how Tannis is chewed up, liquified and combusted as fuel, is magnificent. <3
My thanks to Hydrothrax for taking this commission and doing such a fantastic job with it.

*smiles* I'd definitely have to go with Scratch if a choice had to be made, as I love avian-like preds; but I'd also be more than happy to be shared by the both of them. *laughs*
Any type of living machine works for me in these situations. The setting would simply have to change based on the characters and circumstances. A military setting is just right for tankmorphs. :D

I agree completely.
