All of these are cats.. or were intended as such! Top one was mesh and foam, bottom left was balaclava, bottom right is resin.

I remember how proud I was of the bottom left, delivering it during my first fur con (FF '09). I was lucky enough to be offered the chance to remake the head, and even included the moving, Necomimi ears into it.
I also learned to actually get the entire thing in my pictures, without horrible glare. Still need to get better with that!

I've been told I am good at what I do, (but still constantly learning!!) and I wanted to show that no matter what your first head looks like, you should make an honest effort to keep trying to improve. Never stay at one point in your creative life. Always strive for a little better, learn a little more.
